• Cancellation within first week: 75% refund
• Cancellation after first week: No refund
• Special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Your Content

By submitting content to us (assignments, projects, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your work for educational and promotional purposes.

Software Licenses

Software training is provided for educational purposes only. Students must obtain their own licenses for commercial use of software.

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct:

9. Certification and Placement

Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of courses and meeting all requirements. Certificates remain the property of S.S. COMPUTECH until all fees are paid.

Placement Services

We provide placement assistance but do not guarantee employment. Placement services are offered as a goodwill gesture and success depends on individual performance and market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

S.S. COMPUTECH shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content
• Employment outcomes or placement results

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• You must cease using our services
• Outstanding fees remain payable
• Certificates may be withheld
• Access to student portal will be revoked

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

We encourage amicable resolution of disputes through discussion and mediation before pursuing legal action.

14. Force Majeure
